Not happy at all

<p>i contacted. Cell c 4 months ago about my contract asked them to update my contract and upgrade it to a higher package i have a business phone . I cant use 1 gig of data each month asked them to upgrade it to 2 gigs the lady said she will do that for me and that my contract amount will be a R1000 and something , i said its fine .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>the month after that i got my 2 gigs of data but after that i have not recieved anything yet every time i call them and ask they said it is uploaded to my phone but i do not recieve anything i have complain about this many times but no answer or nothing is sorted out i pay almost a 1000 rands for something im not getting . </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone help me to sort out this because otherwise i will move over to vodacom where i work for head office and i will take legal actions ..... </p>
