Not Happy at all

I had insurance with csurance for my Samsung A5 and then cell c changed administrators when i called to check on my policy i was told i dont hv one and then i requested to take out a new policy which they asked for my details. I was promised someone will call me back and when i call them they put me on hold only to tell me someone will call me back and this has been going on for 3 weeks. Can i just insure my phone
