Not happy
My Brother was ****med by a sim swap he didn’t authorise on his Cell C contract number, the sim swap was done without his knowledge and without his authorisation and the same number was used to clean his bank account as the number was linked to his banking details. He managed to get a recording of the call used to do a sim swap from Cell C. He is very upset with the service how can Cell C authorise a SIM Swap without proper authentication.
