Not happy about the way Cell C is treating this issue.

False advertising from CellC and no Customer service!!

They advertise that if you take a Samsung Galaxy A33 5G that you can add a Samsung Watch5 for R30 x 36 months, but they want to charge me R80 x 36 months. I phoned Cell C Customer service to help me with this issue, but they are not helpful at all. They keep on putting me through to different departments until they drop the phone in my ear.

The "Escalations Department" phoned me a few times and advised me to go back to a Cell C store. I went to a Cell C store and I was told to phone customer service again!

Cell C doesn't want to help - ALL they do is passing the problem onto the next person. I've been with Cell C for 12 years and this is the way they treat loyal customers.

Yes that is the one. The Cell C advert stated that I can add a Samsung Watch5 for R30 pm x 36. I had to phone customer service to add the watch, but they say that they will help and I am still waiting.

Kindly be advised that if you are looking for the contract that includes the watch you will be required to opt for a new line as we cannot add a watch on the current contact deal you upgraded to.

We unfortunately do not know what deal the store wanted to offer thus we cannot advise accordingly as we do not know what transpired at the store. it would be advisable that you revert back to the store regarding the upgrade that you agreed upon.

So Cell C went from "We Will Assist You" to "we do not know what deal"?

Luckily I kept the booklet. Please look at the photo below of what you advertised.
I needed to take a Pinnacle 2GB and a selected Samsung phone.
I did take the Pinnacle 2GB and a Samsung A33 5g that was part of the "selected" Samsung phones.
