NOT HAPPY
I still had no real feedback regards my LTE Router. It is 2 months later and they are still not sorting it out.
I need help, because I feel like they taking advantage of me.

Well I am still waiting for the LTE Router, which has not been used by me. When am I getting my router??????? Also NO one has phoned me!!!!!!!!!
This is what you guys said: Your query is still in handle mode and we are actively attending to it. We have received confirmation that there is no usage on the device.
SO WHEN AM I GETTING MY ROUTER? I am paying for something I still have not received!
