Not happy
Wow I have been struggling for months to get help with my contract , the call Center agents don’t want to assist , every time they send my accounts to the lawyers just because they don’t want to work , and I’d have to be the one communicating with the lawyers to send my account back to cellc after they get proof off payments that I’ve been making just was putting my references at the wrong spot . When the lawyers send my account back to cellc the lazy people send to another lawyer I spoke to different lawyers. With no help from cellc .

22 Nov 2022, 09:59*** , +27 (81) ***. Been months . I gave up trying last month fix it I’ll pay for the 2month current and last month. Got tired paying with cellc is not ready to fix my problem. I’m still black listed sim not working . So please help so we continue with pure business
