Not happy

I have been having so many problems with Cell c trying to get hold of them. Double debits. Canceling my contracts with even letting me know. Been on hold now for an hour to find out why they canceled my new contract after I was approved. This is absolutely unacceptable. It's like I'm dealing with a bunch of children. Iv been a client of theres for more than 10 years. I missed 1 payment by a day I had my pay in the next day then they double debit me. ***
