not happy
C- surance, what a load of ****. I pay money every month. It takes forever to get on the line with a consultant. Ive been told it takes 7 working days for the insured device to be ordered, now im told it takes 7 days....IF the device is in stock. So this may take weeks and weeks. What do I pay for? im paying for data that cannot be used because i need to wait how long to sort a claim and get my device? Its been longer then a week now and nothing has been done.
