Not good service

I had a contract with cell C for a sim data and mobile router ,it expires and I requested it canceled 2yrs after the contract which is untraceable according to them is appearing on my credit scores rating.Went to a branch they gave me a number for legal dep cause in the system there no contract appearing, when I called I held the phone 30min the person I spoke to couldn't help said he will transfer me to legal again waited until I dropped the fone my airtme was consumed for just waiting. This company is just not customer flservice friendly. They didn't even bother to call me and update on the matter til today
