Not good enough!

After enquiry as to not being able to browse on my phone in the area of residence I am told that the area is too congested and that a new tower will be built in the future. So what am I paying for then if you cant provide the service??? Why don't you put your finances into improving your infrastructure for your existing clients,instead of wanting to buy out the other service providers clients?
