Not going back to Cape Gate store

I have booked in my Samsung S21 plus in on the first of April for a Repair and have not had any feedback from the store not one SMS or not even a Call with any update on the repair after I called the store to ask for an Update I was first told that the phone will get there depending on how fast the courier drives like how can u speak to me as a customer like that and a bonus was that it is not the stores responsibility to follow up on a repair now if i had to rate te service i resieved i could not due to i have recieved none
