Not Given Promotional Gift

I went the cellc store in Victoria Centre, PMB on the 09/12/15 to get a new contract. The contract was approved and i received my handset. 3 days later i went into another CellC store and saw a brochure advertising the same phone with a promotional gift being a Samsung Gear Virtual Reality Headset available from the 01/12/15 till January 2016. When i called Victoria Centre CellC to query, i had no response. I then get told that the promotion is while stocks last, they are out of stock and there is nothing they can do and i can take it up with CellC if i like. This is ridiculous as the staff member told me they never received stock and this special wasnt loaded on their systems. I strongly believe this is either false advertising and should be dealt with accordingly or CellC just refuses to give customers their promotional gifts. As a CellC outlet, this service pathetic!!!! I app**** for the contract 9 days after the special was advertised and there is no stock!!! The contract was for a Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
