not getting my Refund

I have been happy with the service I have receiving from cell c until about over 2months ago when they debited the wrong amount and I have sent from pilar to post when I request for refund. They keep debiting every month yet I am not getting any joy with the refund, I have made numerous calls and also send emails but still nothing.
