Not getting my money back
I had a Fradulent account opened in December. I rsubmitted all the required documents in Feb, Cell C didn't bother contacting me. I had to make follow up as the whether the account has been closed. the account has been closed, but Cell C hasn't returned my money.
I inquired and a consultant called and told me the money will be refunded in 5-7 days, Its almost a month and I haven't received my money back.

We can confirm that after the investigation was concluded, the refund request was submitted to our finance department on 20/05/2019.
