NOT GETTING MORE - BAD SERVICE

Tried to cancel my get more 24/7 subscription with cell c for over 3 months now but they won't. I have phoned them a multiple times and all they say is that someone will phone me back to confirm the cancellation but no one has. I never use this get more thing and i want it cancelled I can't be paying for something I never use. This is frustrating and totally unacceptable, this is not a way to treat customers.
