Not getting help to cancel a Contract with CellC .

I am writing this letter on behalf of my sister who has been trying to get a contract canceled with CellC that was renewed without her or her Deceased husband's permission. The contract is in her husband's name They were informed at the time of his death. Can you even renew a contract with a dead person??? She has been trying for two years to stop this contract with no HELP from anyone. They keep telling her they will get back to her and nothing happens after that. She has forwarded all the documents they needed but they keep asking to talk to him. (he is not alive) and as a result, she has been paying a contract for two 2 years that she is not using because that sim was damaged to start with. This to me is THEFT. How does this company do business??? Canceling the debit order has failed because the company adjusts the amount and takes the money again the next month. She is a SASSA pensioner and cannot afford for them to do this. She has given them the Death Certificate of her late husband as well as her marriage certificate. Each time she talks to someone about this problem some promises are made and are never kept and no reference is provided so that she can follow up. In desperation, we are posting this communication so that others can be warned about this company and perhaps avoid the problem.
