NOT GETTING ASSITANCE FROM CELL C

about three weeks ago if im not mistaken i wrote a review regarding cell c issue with a contract i had and not updating my account on the credit bureau for them to resolve the issue they made it worse. They end up saying i am owning them R14 000 last payment was in 2018 from R3000 to R14 000 i give up. I will never buy or take any contract with cell c. their legal unit its not effective always they are down or theres always something useless bunch of people who cant even resolve issues . Ive sending emails and calling since may its tiring.
