Not getting any assistance with cancellation of my contract!!!

Good Morning,

I have been calling the 084145 call center to ask for my contract to be terminated as its coming to an end and every time I ask for me to be transfered to the cancellations department the agents end my calls.

I want the contract to be terminated for end of January 2018 as it is when it will be ending.

I want nothing to do with Cell C going forward hence I am cancelling a month in advance.
