Not friendly service
Called cell C retention department and spoke to a very annoyed lady, but she was soo excited when she spelled her name to me with a very bad attitude she said her name is Nomakhocazana shivane, been with cell C for years since 2012 if not mistaken, 2 of my contracts are ending 1 now and the other next year and i am not going to renew any due to the poor disgusting service received today. You've just lost a loyal clients...

It is disappointing to learn the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not provide service as expected.
