Not Following process and ill treating customers

Worst Service Ever and they do not even follow process. Now I am being handed over when no one ever communicated to me and they blocked my personal number I had over 20years and even missed interviews after pathetic service and never came with social media manager full of attitude.

I have called over two months no one knows how my account was handed over and no one can answer me, and their so-called legal team have no my account details but account handed over - who is this mystery legal team???

been writing to Cellc over a month kept on receiving reply stating our consultant will call me back and my question call me on which number as you chose to block my number that I ported thinking you are reliable with good service provider not knowing wore than any other.
