Not everyone has a chance for cell c specials

I guess that only the rich and famous gets to purchase the new special promo from cell c where you get 100gigs of data for R100 which in my opinion is utterly disgusting. All other networks would be more than willing to open all their stores to all individuals. But I guess cell c does not appreciate new customers who are wanting to try their products. I guess cell c is going to come back with a poor response saying that it's policy that only the regional office is running this special. As for the CSA Phumzile Khunene that I spoke well I am adamant that she does not have a clue as to what a new customer means to any business. Thank you cell c for ****py services offered I am sure I won't be needing services from cell well who would if it only apples to sandton residents! Pathetic disgusting and well...
