Not disclosing all info on my contract

<p>Hello </p> <p>Cell c sales team sold a modem contract which i joined in Aug and i was told ill be paying R129,00 and R30 insurance. Only to find out that cell c debitted my acc with R380. I opened a case and its been 2 weeks no one has given me feedback
