Not delivering the items I have ordered

Cell C service it up to .... An Cell C agent from Ermelo called me from ***. I app**** for an upgrade with her for a Samsung S20FE & she told me that the galaxy watch 2 was in stock and that I can add it for R50 extra which I wanted. I actually wanted to apply for a s21 and a a32 but they did not have stock.

So I settled for the S20FE in blue with a watch and 1gb whatsapp data deal. Yesterday I received my phone and called deliveries and they said the watch was no part of my contract. Today I have phoned multiple times asking to speak to an afrikaans agent but no one is able to even do this. I have been transferred from deliveries to upgrades to customer service and it just keeps going in circles.

Luckily I have made recording and I am busy with my lawyer and the CPA to sort this out this is going to be a claim from my side. August 23 2021 11:10 - 11:45
