Not clearing old accounts off the credit bureau
I am really upset and frustrated - I have an account with cell c affecting my credit profile that was suppose to be removed, cell c kept giving me the run around until i complained when i complained here on hello peter they all of a sudden jumped to assist and said that they done what they need to do and the credit bureau will be updated within 21 business days -well cell c it has been 27 business days, sent you guys a email a few days ago -no response - sent another one yesterday - no response I am complaining now because guess what, Now I will probably receive a response
I will remove my complaint ONCE THIS IS RESOLVED !!!!!
