Not cancelling on request. Not attending to problem at all
Issue not resolved. You rep**** to my previous hellopeter and said you will get in touch but you haven’t. I cancelled my contract on the 6 of May and you still took money off my account the next month. Tried to resolve it and you said I had to cancel via written communication. Go listen to my call on the 6 May and you will hear that your consultant confirmed my cancellation. Sort this out or I will consult the CPA.

No answer, then I sent Moses an sms to that cellphone number, no reply. Please don’t bluff the people reading this by making them think you actually made an effort to resolve this.
