Not cancelling contract of deceased , and continuing to debit deceased accounts

I went to Cell c carlswald branch to cancel a contract for the deceased , i then phone the call centre and they told me I had to send an email. I sent this email on the 6th October and also sent and escalation email with no response . The deceased had cancelled the contract prior to passing, but Cell C is still direct debiting his account. ********** and poor service
