NOT BOOKING PHONE FOR REPAIRS

Good day,

I am struggling to book my phone in for repairs between Tygervalley and Cape gate. When I went to 08.10.2024 Tygervalley they could not assist because the people working with repairs were on leave. I left it at Capegate 09.10.2024 and I just called now the phone is still not booked in for repairs. This is the second time I am taking it in for repairs it came back with the same problem this was in July when I took it to Tygervalley and now with speaker issues on top of the camera issue I had . When I call the customer services they are telling me a different story that I picked my phone yesterday 17.10.2024. I am left with a few months before warranty expires as this was a pre-owned phone. I really don't know what is the hold up in booking the phone for repairs it's more than a week now.

Dear  Busiswa Ngqulana,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. We understand how frustrating it must be to have ongoing issues with your phone, especially with your warranty nearing its expiration.

Reviewer Update
Good day, I called to follow up the repairs for my phone, surprisingly the phone is still waiting for inspection. Monday the 18th will be five weeks without my phone I am paying for so if the repairs are still not done by now what am I suppose to be using now as I need this phone for schoolwork. This means now I am pushing a second month without my phone. IS THIS FAIR TO ME AS A PAYING CUSTOMER? The agent I spoke to promised to call before end of the day with feedback, it's now 16:50pm no call received.
