Not being given what your contract states

I took out a contact for me and my Wife .while sitting in the store telling them our needs and looking at all the options . we finally decide to go with a top up 200 . <br> Where you get 200 talking min , 200 sms and 400 data for 24 months .<br> we recieved that for the first 3 months and then we noticed we were only recieved 200 data , when we queried it we were told it was a promotion and that we will get 200 data for the rest of the term . when I said but that is not right becease my contract states we will get 400 data I was told to send my contract to them and they will come back to me and make right I am still waiting and I have called five times at least and sent them emails and a fax , All I have gotten is a auto reply saying a agent will get back to me . <br> I am still waiting
