Not being allowed to upgrade contract
<p>I am due for an upgrade in February, however, I said I can pay the difference to allow me to upgrade earlier. To top it off, I want to pre-pay the account by up to R7K but am still not allowed to upgrade... I dont understand why, with such amounts to be paid and am still not allowed to upgrade early... Raelly??</p>

I have made the payment as advised by Theodorah, but am still being given the run around by cell c. Why can I not get the device I want if I can afford it? Still feel like am being treated unfairly...
