NOT been getting STRAIGHT UP 50 TOP UP for over a

I have FIVE contracts and I am having a major problem with one of them. I had made several phone calls to your customer services and they insist that it appears on their side. My nephew and I had several arguments about this as he insists it has not been loaded. I've asked him to take a screen shot He now wants me CANCEL the contract. I have renewed his contract on Friday and taken the SAMSUNG J. Can I return it and cancel the contract as I am getting no joy from Cell C?<br> <br> Can you please resolve it?
