Not Angry,but Very dissapointed

Utterly, terrible and dissapointed in Cell C.In Jan they called me to cancel my contract and according to the agent,he did.But I was still debited R298 for a service I nomlongwr am using since the end of Jan.I want someone to call me back pls and explain why I still was not refunded my money after having the contact cancelled.I explained that I cannot afford it,but nobody cares,cos they promised to get back to me,but never did.So if I don't get a call by today or latest tomorrow I will go to the police and lay a charge of theft,cos my money is being taken after a verbal agreement to have it cancelled.And I will call head office and the Argus and post on all social media platforms of what is happening to me.Cos I tried to have this sorted at the end of Jan and it's almost end of March.Please Cell C,do the right thing pls.
