Not allowed to change price plan that I never joined
I'm very disappointed in cell c I ported to your network my number was activated today now I'm not happy being on the all in one price plan so I asked to change to the 66c plan and was told I can't change at all no matter what I do cell c this is unacceptable and I do not want to be on this network anymore if that's the case please send my number back to telkom as I jad a better experience with them i can't believe this a sample price plan change and I'm being told no this is one way to chase your customers away the worse is you guys never asked what plan I'd like to be on

Kindy be advised that to migrate out of the All-In-One tariff plan will not be permitted. Please refer to the link for the All-In-One Starter Terms & Conditions.
Alternatively you can purchase a new Cell C sim card and rica register it with your ID and request for a number change.

20 Dec 2022, 14:55A number change means that the new sim card that you would have purchased and rica registered with your ID number will generate a new number and you will request for that new number to be changed to you're desired number after a security check has been conducted accordingly.
