NOT AGAIN CELL C!!!!! TWICE IN ONE MONTH./
Good day Peter, Again from Tuesday our wifi is down, i called and i was told to send an email to ***, that i did. I got the reference number, CF184008 Tuesday, no one called, no one emailed, at 14h02 today, Thursday the ticket was closed. I still do have fibre. This is the second time this month and even though i followed the call centres instructions, no body called me, and the ticket was just closed without resolving the matter or communicating with me.
