NOT AGAIN CELL C!!!!!!! HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO DO THIS

<p>In September last year Cell C erroneusly charged me for an amount which I said I did not owe. It took a couple of months for me to get them to admit that it was their error. To add insult to injury - they have still not refunded the amount - and what is WORSE - they continue to bill me every month. I have spoken to them and they claim to have paid me but when I ask for proof of payment they are unable to provide this. </p> <p>In addition, I have a booster arial at my home which they came and claim to have repaired. Unfortunately for me - it has not been repaired and I have no way of connecting with someone who will follow up on this.</p> <p>Only when I write to Hellopeter do I get a response but then it is a phone call and nothing happens after that.</p> <p> </p>
