Not adhering to promotions and lack of feedback

Cell C Customer Care Case Number : ***<br> I purchased a data sim from dion wired a week ago,I paid R40 for it was suppose to come with 200megs of data for 12 months, so I phoned Cell C and did a sim swop and after a day I did not receive my data.<br> <br> I called Cell C and spoke to Tulani and he said there is no such thing. Even the salesman spoke to him and advised him accordingly and yet he still said I must take it up with Dion Wired as it is not a Cell C promotion. I even told him that the package has a label stating it and he still stuck to his story and snubbed me off. He was having a good laugh with his pals before the conversation started which I heard so that could be the reason for him trying to end the conversation so that he could continue his chat and jokes. I sent pictures of the packaging and a lady called me on the 27-04-2015 and said the IT team are investigating and will get back to me,well there investigation is like CSI because they have not got back to me yet. It seems like Cell C lives up to there dissapointing service and to think I was going to take up another contract with them. Not happening.
