Not accepting a damage phone for repairs
I upgraded my contract about 2 months ago with the intention to give the phone to my wife as a present.As I work about a 100 km away and only come home on weekends I asked her to take the phone to cell c for repairs as the phone is broken after just 2 months.They refused to take the phone in for repairs after my wife explained the situation.This is unacceptable and this is a total inconvenience for me....
