NOT ACCEPTABLE

I had a data contract with Cell C, which in February I got a call that it expired and was a new contract which would debit R242. Monthly and then last month I got an SMS that I must pay R598.00. Today I called Cell C and I am told that my contract is no longer on a discount tgere was a mistake and my installment is now R598. This is not the contract I agreed to this is not acceptable and I want that contract canceled with no charges
