Not acceptable

I am so furious i cant describe. I received a call on my mobile *** but now one talked, then i contacted that number and it was cellc........gave them my ID Number and found out i owe R900.00 then R600.00 for a wifi router contract. I know i have an existing one but why so much. I was told that my contract expired and they just continued with it without consulting me if it will be in order to extend it or month to month. I had to get the shock over the phone and was told i have a contract and i must know all the above. What contract i never received a new contract. I cant afford that amount of R200.00 each month its out of my budget. I don't know where to complain or what to do. *** Dalene
