Not able to upgradge even if upgrade is due after 18 years of loyalty

<p>I visited the cell c store in Alberton City yesterday to upgrade two of my contracts, which are both due for an upgrade. I was given a rating on both my lines, of not even enough to upgrade my main line ( ********** 68) to the phone I want, and was told that I wont be able to upgrade my other line ( ********** 366), which means that I will cancell ALL FOUR MY LINES in January 2017. This is outrageous and uncalled for. After being loyal to Cell C for 18 years.</p> <p>Do something about my upgrades, OR I WILL CANCELL ALL MY LINES in January, and you will loose me for good as a client, guaranteed. I am tired of always having to run to Hello Peter to complain about your suck service. I pay my account on time, and do not see why I should be penalized. This is outrageous......</p>
