Reference number: *** I have been on the phone with your consultants thursday (13the of May) for almost a whole day, just trying to get my line opened up to make an international call. I was promised that I will be receiving a call in the next 2 working days because they were unable to assist me with my query and up to date 0.00000% follow up has taken place. Why have a service provider without service?
