Not a happy customer at all

So this month cell c strikes again I'm so fed up with them. Last month I was debited twice after sending all that I could I still didn't get any refund! Well I decided to let it be as I didn't have the energy for their system failures. Now this month they debited my account with R685.04 where my payment is supposed to be R519 only they said they would investigate and get back to me still nothing. And also debited my account on the 26th where I clearly stated for my debit order to be on the 28th it's so frustrating!!!!!! Why bother asking when you want your debit order to go off when they just debit when they want to. There is something seriously wrong with them or their system and I'm paying for it!!!!!
