Not a happy client

Most difficult mobile network to cancle, after I eventually got it canceled a debt still come off, just to find out they only canceled 2 out of the 3 contracts. It is impossible to get hold of there customer care centre if you not in South Africa. Paying for a contract now that I can't use, as Cell C doesn't work in other countries, except if you roam.
