NOT A HAPPY CELL C CUSTOMER

I was contacted over the phone to do an upgrade, i then proceeded to do so and contracts was mailed to me... The sales person told me that the devices would be delivered via courier, couple of weeks later i want to find out what is happening just to find out it was canceled. Cell c has not provided me on why this happened. I am currently under debt review, which the sales person told me that i do qualify for an upgreade even under debt review, so i am really not hapoy as i have been a Cell C customer for a number of years now and always pay my bills accordingly...
