Not a FULL SERVICE telecoms company!!!
Been struggling with signal issues with Cell C virtually everywhere. Was told when we took out the contracts that they roam on MTN, but our experience is that this is NOT happening. Also found out today that Cell C is NOT a FULL SERVICE offering. We were told by a Cell C agent earlier that Cell C does not allow you to make calls to certain numbers as part of your All-Network minutes, all these being very important such as medical, insurance, etc, etc. Yet we were also told when taking out the contracts that Cell C is everywhere and there are NO issues on their network. I feel we have been deceived and **** to by Cell C. All-Network, is NOT ALL! It's only SOME! Plus I asked for a senior person to call me ASAP, that was more than 4 hours ago and we are still waiting ........

Clearly Cell C is deflecting and avoiding the real issues here!!! Truth be told, Cell C is deliberately deceiving clients and falsifying their coverage map! Theory and practical application have no synergy!!
But you are still avoiding the 1st issue as well. All Network is NOT All Network ... it is at best a partial Network minutes. I've now read of some people stuck trying to get hold of emergency contacts and can't due to this!! Trust me, had I know these facts up front, I would never have gone with Cell C. If Cell C had any ethics, full open and BIG LETTER disclosure should be on the front windows of the stores stating "Cell C DO NOT PROVIDE A FULL SERVICE and what you pay for you won't get, until you PAY more".
