Not a FULL SERVICE telecoms company!!!

Been struggling with signal issues with Cell C virtually everywhere. Was told when we took out the contracts that they roam on MTN, but our experience is that this is NOT happening. Also found out today that Cell C is NOT a FULL SERVICE offering. We were told by a Cell C agent earlier that Cell C does not allow you to make calls to certain numbers as part of your All-Network minutes, all these being very important such as medical, insurance, etc, etc. Yet we were also told when taking out the contracts that Cell C is everywhere and there are NO issues on their network. I feel we have been deceived and **** to by Cell C. All-Network, is NOT ALL! It's only SOME! Plus I asked for a senior person to call me ASAP, that was more than 4 hours ago and we are still waiting ........

Then you need to stop saying Any Net minutes, cause that is 100% deceptive!! Plus that also means that Cell C is actually offering a sub-quality product compared to all other networks!! And when I asked Cell C whether we can use Cell C anywhere without any issues, I was told YES. But this is not the case. Not only because the issue above, but your signal almost everywhere is basically non-existent!!!!

That's just it. I've look at your coverage map numerous times before, especially at areas where there was virtually no signal and could hear anyone either via WhatsApp Calls or Normal Calls, YET your coverage map shows massive coverage in that area. Where I live is a prime example. FULL coverage, but I am super lucky to get 2 bars on a good day.

Clearly Cell C is deflecting and avoiding the real issues here!!! Truth be told, Cell C is deliberately deceiving clients and falsifying their coverage map! Theory and practical application have no synergy!!

But you are still avoiding the 1st issue as well. All Network is NOT All Network ... it is at best a partial Network minutes. I've now read of some people stuck trying to get hold of emergency contacts and can't due to this!! Trust me, had I know these facts up front, I would never have gone with Cell C. If Cell C had any ethics, full open and BIG LETTER disclosure should be on the front windows of the stores stating "Cell C DO NOT PROVIDE A FULL SERVICE and what you pay for you won't get, until you PAY more".

Yup, so Cell C runs away now cause they can't actually deliver!! Which proves the deliberate deception!!! Now we are stuck in 24 month agreements which are sub-quality and only have partial coverage and NO "Any Network" capabilities!!!

So ... Cell C rep**** privately, basically pushing the Subscriber Agreement in my face. But still doesn't resolve the absolute truth and fact that Cell C is a sub-quality service with Partial network capabilities, and is deliberately deceiving clients with the wording "Any Network Minutes" which is grossly incorrect!!! I totally believe now that Cell C has done this to solicit additional revenue outside of a contract, but does not disclose this information openly and in huge massive signage before a client signs up. Putting this information in "fine" print in a multi-page agreement is deceptive to say the least!!!
