I have been with cell C for a long time and the service was exellent but the last few months I only had problems. Their branch at Woodlands are very unhelpful and their systems are outdated. I phoned their call center to cancel my contract. I mailed them, and also paid the amount as given to me as well as the mail address. They handled it as a prepayment. This is the first ever call center I phoned where the operated told me that the other operators **** to me. So who do I believe. That was the 3rd of September. They have still not cancelled my contract.
