Normal SIM migrated to a data only SIM without consent
My brother took up a 5 gig data contract with Cell C (5 gig day + 5 gig Night). Upon activating this contract, they switched his main number to a data-only sim. He has been unreachable for a few days due to this. Cell now wants him to pay a R600 cancellation fee to correct this. Terrible!
