Cell C does not have customer service. I ordered a prepaid sim card a month ago. Nobody can tell me where it is or get me a refund. Buy Buy money

04 Oct 2022, 14:59Sjoe. This take the cake. They block my email log in on the cell c site. So I need to create a new password (did it) and they will send me a opt to my email. Guess what? After 3 and a half hours and numerous times I resend opt I still did not get it, so I cant log in to get the order even. Thank you so much cell c for managing to make my life very difficult at this stage. I do not know how you can keep your customers. I am so glad I only paid for the prepaid and did not decide on a contract. Then it would be a lot of months frustration.

I can even include my id number in the original invoice, they just ask me for my id and then I do not get any reply. This is a waste of my time.
