NONSENSICAL SERVICES RECEIVED FROM CELL C, NEVER CONSIDER THEIR BUSINESSES

Last year October (2020), I received a call from cell c regarding an offer of an extension\renewal to my contract since it was expiring, I considered it and few weeks later another gentlemen named Nkosinathi Skosana calls me with another offer, indicating that I will receive the services while paying a lesser amount, the gentlemen clearly indicated that when I receive the knew sim card, the old one will automatically be cancelled by this nonsense of a company

The next month of November if not December, a get a call from collections department indicating that there is an outstanding amount into my account of R395, when I followed up because I knew the amount am supposed to be paying, I was then told that I have 4 contracts with cell c and 2 of them are actually the same, of which it was supposed to be 3, and I disputed to pay money because I knew that the number was cancelled, I also have correspondence with this foolish guy, indicating clearly what transpired, meaning cell c never cancelled my other contract which they promised they will do upon receiving a new sim card, but they don't bother following up, but they still bill me for it,

I followed up with Mbongiseni further and he mentioned that he is following up with the billing and collections department, until today, I have never had a word from him, when I call him he doesn't answer my calls or even bother returning them, that makes me conclude that he knew what he was doing,

I personally don't have a problem with paying the R395, my problem comes when my name has to be put in some mud, for a mistake that is caused by cell c, yesterday I received a call from Norman Associates or whatever name that is, who claims that cell c has handed over my name or account to them for collection and to make the matter worse, I was busy applying for a house with my family and am told I can't be afforded because am a bad payer, I mean come on cell c, for 5 years I have been with you, paying consistently and you come and give me this bull service, for a mistake that was done by you,

I wish to put on record, that I feel ambushed by your stupidity, and that Mbongiseni boy deserves to be fired, because the only thing he cared about is just to receive a sale out of this whole mess, he should have at least called me to make arrangements to get my existing contract cancelled before offering me another one, than making promises that my contract will automatically be cancelled,

I also wish to indicate that should you insist in me paying this ammout and not remove my name from this people, I will pay it and I will get all my contracts cancelled and the whole world will know how bad you treat your loyal customers

I wish someone will call me to remove my name from this shameful situation, I cant get a house now for R395 that you indicating that I owe you which wasn't my fault for that matter
