Nonsense service provider 0% customer service our information is never safe

I so ****ed off with cell c they have made a credit enquiry on my name without my concern I wrote an email to them they said they will get someone to call me within 24-48 hours when I follow up I'm being send to different people pillar to post I spoke with Kagiso from the sales department he said he is transferring me to his supervisor then he transferred the call to another department making me a fool I want my name to be removed from credit enquiry its appears on my credit record.... Im really disappointed with their service doing ***** on my name this is a serious offence I taking this to my lawyers I can't beg you to fix the mess you created you going to pay for this nxa
