Nonsense service ever

I ordered for a contract phone last year 2020 October and they delivered the wrong device, it took Cellc 3month to come and collect their working device and their debit was going through every month. They came and collect their device in Jan 2021 and the debit was still going until I stopped that on my bank app, so now they are owing me the money that they took from my account for three month and I have been calling without any luck. Surprisingly am getting calls from their lawyers demanding money from me also they have listed me on ITC. Am just drained with the level of service that am still getting till today, Cellc is the worst network provider I have ever used with such pathetic service.
